How can i fill a hollow ball for topiary trees? - wedding topiary
I'm doing some major hurdles artificial trees for a wedding, but can not find an oasis of polystyrene beads or large enough in the UK are hollow big enough, but what can I use to cover them to be strong and hold artificial flowers?
